Continued from before…
I checked on my scanner, there was no movement. Myself and Husky were the only blips on the screen. We rested for a while. Husky took a leak while I connected the receiver to my onboard computer. The device was being controlled from a location 20 feet below us. Nope, that was not a good sign. I realized that my blueprints were not inaccurate, they were miles away from the original layout of this facilty. The X-ray imaging proved to be useless, every wall and all floors had built-in plates of titanium, thick enough to block X-rays. The Infrared imaging was not attached to the suit, I was not expecting any type of occupants. There was something massive beneath us and we had no information about it. I scanned the entire level U1 but couldn’t find even a crack. I sat down and was fumbling for ideas when Husky ran off. I walked calmly after him, he stopped and turned to see if I was coming. He walked briskly to the spot where he took his leak, the space was dry. His pee must have passed through an opening we couldn’t find. I started tapping hard around the area, and then I heard a tap echo loudly. It was along the wall, sealed from within, nothing a shot from the Reaper wouldn’t fix.
We took a few steps back and then fired a shot at the sealed hatch. My Geiger Counter spiked as soon as the Reaper shell made a gaping hole in the floor and the adjacent wall. I peaked inside, and could see a shaft, blasted…
