Chronicles of Tomorrow: Echoes from the Future Ep. 13: More secrets from the Deep
18th May 2355,
I took the much needed rest after my body and nerve wrecking adventure. I still get the creeps sometimes which is extremely irritating, panic attacks all over again. However, I am still keen to find about the animal that was seen moving under the sand or the tunnel made by those gigantic spiders. But first things first.
I have the relevant data on coal fields. It seems I need to make another trip outside the dome. It took all the day to go through the data. From what I saw, there used to be a rogue nuclear facility to the north of Cold Fields before the war started. There seems to be a connection between the dumping ground for nuclear waste and the crater we found in Cold Fields. However, the connection and the events that led to the formation of the crater are not clear. I started planning for another trip to find the answers. I need to find out about any potential threats that might arise due to that crater.
Although this time husky will accompany me. I designed a suit specifically for him. He is not used to wear it though. A few days of training will be enough I hope. There is not much work at the center for me right now. My colleagues are busy fine tuning the next vehicle launch. The capacitors of the Dyson rings are about to reach full capacity.
